Returns
Due to our products' custom/handmade nature, we do not accept returns. It's very important to email info@meyercustom.com before purchase should you have a question or request. All proofs must be approved via email before we construct the custom project. We believe in a great customer experience. Should you have an issue reach out to info@meyercustom.com, and we will address the challenge directly.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged by shipping only. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@meyercustom.com with details of the product and the defect. You must send the defective product back to us before we replace it.
Damaged Product
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
